Intasound Education is a part of Intasound Music, a historic music shop in Leicester that has traded for over 45 years.
Over the years, we have worked with many schools on the sales and hire side of the business, as well as helping them with service and repair on a reactive basis.
During the lockdowns of 2020 and 2021, we started to explore new ways of working with schools. We spoke to many Heads of Music, Performing Arts and Senior Leadership and found out how much of an issue waste and out-of-use musical instruments, sound and lighting equipment was.
As a result of this, Intasound Education was born and we came up with a way to work efficiently and effectively with schools.
